Past Event: April 21st Conscious Women’s Gathering

For one last time it will be at Sacred Machine yoga studio in South Portland. Sacred Machine is closing its doors as its wonderful owner @kate_brigham begins her new adventure with her family in the mid coast💫 I am so deeply grateful for the support Kate has given me over the past year + . I would have never had the courage to begin Where Might We Wander without being supported by my mentor, friend and co- dreamer Kate.

The theme for this month is 🌷transformation🌷 This feels relevant as the spring brings so much regrowth and change. It also feels relevant because secret machine is evolving and transforming as Kate herself does the same!

What does it mean to let transformations happen within you? How does your body feel when you acknowledge the need to let go of some thing in order for it to compost into something else that serves your highest good? What types of transformations changed you for the better? How can you support yourself and your close people during times of transformation?
